Digital Wise, Inc. is our technology partner and parent company. Digital Wise has been developing scholarship applications and tools since 2001 and has built Association Management Software as well as extensive reporting tools for non-profit and government clients.
ZenDesk
Constellation Partners uses ZenDesk to keep your applicants and scholars connected. From email, chat, social media, and phone connections, your applicants can receive help with their applications. This service is offered as a fully staffed Help Desk or on a part-time basis.
Twilio
Twilio connects your applicants to the process. This cloud-based service can notify your applicants of communications sent through email, or you can send messages to applicants through the admin portal.
Scholar Snapp
Scholar Snapp helps students save time by allowing them to move their personal information between application forms — securely and seamlessly. Our technology partner Digital Wise, Inc. was one of the first implementation partners with Scholar Snapp and has helped numerous clients connect their scholars to even more opportunities. As part of your application process, you will have free integration with the Scholar Snapp platform. Starting October 1, Scholar Snapp will be under the support of College Board.

Our full-service clients receive post-application and post-award data visualizations to provide key insights into information such as applicant demographics, scholar demographics, and provide a look into relationships between data points critical to your organization.
Hostek
Digital Wise partners with Hostek to provide website hosting for their applications. Hostek is a SOC-2 Certified and PCI Compliant Hosting Company. All transactions that occur on the scholarshipapps.org website occur with a GeoTrust Premium SSL certificate. Each server is backed up daily, and backups are kept for 14 days. Hostek implements both a Perimeter Firewall and server-level CloudCare Anti-Virus solution.
