- All sensitive Personally identifiable information (PII) is encrypted before it is stored in our databases.
- All passwords are encrypted in our databases.
- All uploaded PDFs for supplemental documentation are encrypted on upload and are segregated from the main web server.
- All supplemental information is required to be in PDF format except for photo requests.
- Supplemental documentation is provided to the client after the application process closes through box.com unless otherwise requested by your organization.
- All transactions are secure using an SSL certificate from DigiCert.
- Quarterly intrusion scans are run on each server.
- All servers have anti-malware and anti-virus protection installed.
- Each client has their own production server – no shared server space.
- Data is backed up each night and 14 days of history is kept off-site.
- All security patches are installed in a timely manner.
- Servers are located behind a perimeter firewall.
